Job summary

Harbor Light Center is seeking a Data-Analyst & Aftercare Coordinator to develop and refine program outcomes, focusing on aftercare, alumni engagement, and data integrity. The role supports veterans and participants, reporting to the Program Director and collaborating with leadership to improve retention and long-term recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing HMIS data, producing monthly and quarterly reports, and coordinating community resources while maintaining a robust aftercare

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with residents, alumni, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems to collect, analyze, and report program data (housing stability, sobriety milestones, employment, aftercare participation, recidivism).
• Identify gaps and trends; partner with leadership to propose solutions.
• Maintain accurate outcome records for active and alumni participants, including VA required data.
