Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Data Analyst & Aftercare Coordinator for Harbor Light Center in Denver. The role focuses on developing and tracking program outcomes, with emphasis on aftercare, alumni engagement, and data integrity to support veterans and residents in recovery.

You will maintain HMIS data, generate monthly and quarterly reports, and collaborate with leadership to improve program effectiveness and long-term recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with data collection, tracking, and outcome reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop data collection, analysis, and reporting systems for program outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records for active and alumni participants, incl. VA data.
• Manage HMIS, Wellsky, and other databases to ensure data integrity.
