Avenues Recovery Center, a nationwide network with our Eastern Shore location, seeks an Alumni Program Manager to oversee the alumni program, engage with graduates, and coordinate resources. The role emphasizes confidentiality, relationship-building, and precise Salesforce reporting.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Substance use/recovery experience strongly preferred.
If in recovery, minimum 1 year sober.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and boundaries.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of Alumni Program (Follow-up, resources, programming).
Engage with alumni through calls, meetings and events.
Conduct alumni follow-up calls, following established timeline.
Maintain consistent Salesforce reporting.
Connect alumni with clinical support and resources, in collaboration with Clinical Director.
Oversee all alumni Social Media pages, maintaining consistent activity and engagement.
