The role focuses on data accuracy, account validation, and training personnel on system operations, with a strong emphasis on documentation and QA across multiple information systems.

Qualifications

• Computer skills – utilizes a personal computer with word processing, spreadsheet and related software with reasonable speed and accuracy

Position Overview

This is an ON SITE position. The Data Analyst performs technical efforts including creating and modifying alarm accounts, buildings and contact information with various systems. Their primary purpose is the information management of an alarm monitoring system and the current information system in order to assist with dispatching operations of the Federal Protective Service.

Responsibilities

• Validate/maintain information on all alarm accounts, to include physical demographics, local responders, government agency contacts, zones, and panel information
