Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team and help drive insights, optimize AI models, and enhance customer service and sales performance through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer interactions and AI performance to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from AI-driven voice and chat interactions.
  • Develop data visualization dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Work closely with AI engineers and developers to refine and optimize NLP and speech recognition models.
  • Monitor and evaluate chatbot and voice agent accuracy, response effectiveness, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve AI-driven customer service and sales interactions.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve AI efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest data analytics techniques, machine learning applications, and AI trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or AI performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, NLP models, and speech recognition systems.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business strategies.

  • Knowledge of chatbot analytics and voice agent performance metrics.
