Vernovis is looking for a Data Analyst who will join our client’s Technical Program Management operation. This individual will support data-driven decision making by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting on operational data related to technical issue resolution, customer fulfillment, TPM deliverables, tool list management, and aftermarket support processes. The position partners with cross-functional stakeholders to identify trends, improve process visibility, prioritize work, and translate data insights into clear actions that support customer expectations and business needs.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor and analyze performance trends in technical issue resolution processes, including impacts to customer fulfillment, turnaround time, open issues, and process bottlenecks.
- Use tracking tools, portals, ERP/CRM data, and internal tracking lists to collect, validate, organize, and analyze issue resolution and TPM deliverable data.
- Partner with internal program management, operations, sourcing, sales, fulfillment, field service, and customer support teams to understand data needs, clarify business questions, and provide actionable insights.
- Gain clear understanding of interfacing processes between TPM and cross-functional internal organization in the sales, fulfillment, and customer support area of the company operations. Using data from such operations to analyze trend, identify shortfalls in meeting KPI, highlight schedule impact and drive priorities alignment within TPM. Represent TPM in RH Aero Ops Review rhythm.
- Monitor demand for TPM support and deliverables. Maintain accurate customer commitment, demand, and planning trackers to support prioritization and timely follow-up.
- Track and analyze TPM review/input demand, including certification, weight and dimension data, and related deliverables, using ERP systems such as Epicor and other internal tools.
- Drive data-driven decision-making. Initiate and employe effective dashboard design that give meaningful visibility of strength and shortfall/gaps in technical program operations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, automation, dashboards, and digital tools that make recurring TPM data operations more efficient and reliable.
- Maintain accurate source and output files for tool list and related operational data. Use structured process controls and LEAN methodology to manage data lifecycle activities, including creation, ETL (Extraction/Transformation/Loading), revision control, archiving, and removal.
- Accomplish other duties as assigned by management.

What You'll Have:
- Experience collecting, cleaning, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting operational or business data to support decision making.
- College degree in business analytics, data analytics, business administration, supply chain, operations, information systems, or equivalent progressive experience in a relevant area.
- Prior experience in manufacturing/sourcing/order fulfillment operations is a plus.
- Project management, planning, facilitating, and collaboration, using strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
- Attention to details in large data processing.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, data reporting tools, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and ERP systems such as Epicor.
- Ability to influence others by ability to articulate purpose and needs, benefit to customer and business with desired outcome.
