The role will analyze costs, margins, and financial performance, build and maintain pricing models, and provide insights that help leadership make informed business decisions. This person will also support multi-year planning and financial reporting while identifying opportunities to improve and automate reporting through tools such as Power BI.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain financial models, pricing analyses, budgets, and forecasts to support a rapidly growing area of the business.

What You'll Have:

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with experience supporting pricing, budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and profitability.
• Solid Excel skills, including SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, formulas, and the ability to work effectively with financial data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, particularly when evaluating costs, assumptions, pricing, and financial performance.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior leadership and translate analysis into meaningful business insights.
• A hardworking, adaptable, and eager-to-learn approach with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, growing environment; Power BI experience is a plus.
