Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
3. Ability to translate business needs into understandable, non-technical language.
4. High-level written and verbal communication skills.
