As a Sr. Data Analyst within PNC’s ACFR organization, this is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

The Regulatory Risk Management team in PNC’s Technology Group develops innovative data products and business process solutions to support regulatory reporting, data submissions, and finance capital reporting teams at the bank.

The Sr. Data Analyst will work on business and regulatory requirements related to FRY 9c, FRY 14M/Q, Single Counterparty Credit Limit FR2590, Basel III.

This role requires expertise in financial and regulatory reporting for financial institutions, as well as familiarity with tools and methodologies used in data analytics.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst Sr, with a background in financial analysis or modeling for Asset Liability Management, Treasury Management, or Credit Risk Management.
  • Knowledge of banking, financial markets, and products, with the ability to analyze regulatory implications of various activities.
  • Experience with FRY 9c, FRY 14M/Q, FR2590, Basel III, and related regulatory submissions is highly relevant.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data analysis in Oracle and Teradata.
  • Proficiency in Excel and exposure to BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle BI.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience as a QA tester or similar role, and familiarity with Jira or other test management tools.
  • Extensive experience in analyzing, defining, and documenting business and data requirements.

  • Select and acquire new information sources; catalog and index materials.
  • Implement and support technologies for managing multiple information sources and formats.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant industry experience or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience. Certifications are desirable but not required.

Pay Transparency

Base salary ranges from $55,000 to $148,460, with variability based on location, skills, experience, and education. The role is incentive-eligible based on performance.
