Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Data & AI Solutions Engineering Summer Scholar in the United States to tackle data-driven challenges at the intersection of AI engineering, data infrastructure, and deployed solutions.

You will contribute to client engagements by building pipelines, automating workflows, and translating insights into actionable platforms with governance and deployment considerations. Ideal candidates are pursuing STEM degrees with strong analytics and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2028 pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Data Analytics, MIS, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• Strong academic track record (minimum GPA 3.0)
• Experience or coursework in data processing and analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Informatica) and familiarity with analytics, data visualization, or big data platforms (Tableau, Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on work and clients served
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• You must be at least 18 and reside within commutable distance of assigned office

Responsibilities

• Engage in data processing and analytics work across AI engineering, data infrastructure, and deployment.
• Build data-driven solutions with speed, scale, and substance beyond insights.
• Contribute to client solutions that leverage AI, data, and automation.
• Work across diverse domains like AI engineering, marketing, risk, and strategy to deliver platform requirements and governance.
