Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT and Data Platform initiatives. You will define scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders, guiding projects from planning through operational handoff.

You will apply Agile methods, manage budgets and risks, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and maintain governance standards to ensure on‑time, on-budget outcomes aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience delivering complex IT projects focusing on Data Platforms (Snowflake, GCP, AWS).
• Experience leading projects with a strong product management focus.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and supplier performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience managing third‑party suppliers, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to build relationships with end users, senior stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and Data Platform projects.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, resource plans, forecasts, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.
• Balance requirements, priorities, costs, resources, and delivery trade-offs with stakeholders.
• Apply Agile methodologies to project delivery by coordinating sprints, iterations, and incremental value delivery.
• Oversee third‑party supplier engagements, including contract negotiations and performance management.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports and executive updates for governance and steering meetings.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for executive audiences.
• Obtain formal customer acceptance of project deliverables and ensure successful project closure.
