Job summary

Premier Talent Partners is seeking a Data & AI Specialist to support new customers, configure accounts, and map real datasets. You’ll be a hands-on problem-solver, handling data delivery, tickets, and analytics workflows with a focus on accuracy and customer success.

The role emphasizes data handling, not heavy SQL work, and offers growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment with strong emphasis on clear communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical support, data/marketing analyst, or CRM-adjacent role, ideally in tech/SaaS
• Comfort with data files (CSV) and CRM data models; no deep SQL required
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Desire to grow professionally and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Configure new customer accounts and map initial datasets
• Monitor and support data delivery queues
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve inbound support tickets, escalating when needed
• Support wealth analytics reports and analyses workflows
• Maintain accurate records in Zendesk and Salesforce
• Follow up on open items to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to report bugs and gather user feedback
