Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s Experis is seeking a Data & AI - GTM Delivery Leader (CPRS) in the Seattle area. You will own client relationships and lead go-to-market execution across CPRS, shaping solutions, proposals, and SOWs to drive growth and delivery success.

You will oversee delivery across Data Management, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Cloud Modernization, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring client satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
10+ years in consulting, services, or delivery leadership with business development.
Proven success selling and delivering Data & AI, Analytics, ML, Generative AI, Cloud.
Experience managing executive relationships and leading strategic pursuits.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

Own relationships within client organizations across CPRS, guiding strategy to delivery.
Lead Data & AI go-to-market execution: qualify opportunities, shape solutions, drive proposals.
Drive complex pursuits and exec-level presentations linking Data, AI, and Cloud to growth.
Provide executive delivery oversight across data, AI/ML, and cloud modernization engagements.
Transition opportunities from sales to delivery, ensuring contract commitments and value realization.
