Job summary

Sellen Construction in Seattle is seeking a Data and AI Engineer to automate manual workflows across the business. You will gather requirements from stakeholders and build trusted, governed data solutions within the Microsoft stack, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI Foundry.

About 40% of the role builds AI agents and workflows; another 40% concentrates on data pipelines from Vista, Procore, UKG and SharePoint, and maintaining analytics models in Microsoft Fabric.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering, software development, or systems integration, with exposure to contracting context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled automations and agents using LLM platforms and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines from Vista, Procore, UKG, and SharePoint.
• Maintain analytics layer and semantic models in Microsoft Fabric and Synapse.
• Support Data Analyst with certified datasets and data governance practices.
