Job summary

You will partner with IT and business teams, own projects from concept to deployment, and leverage Azure, Fabric, Power BI, and modern AI tools to deliver scalable solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on AI development, cloud technologies, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, AI solutions, or a related field.
- Strong programming and development skills, including SQL, REST APIs, and experience with Python, .NET, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Fabric, PowerPlatform, or comparable cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience developing AI solutions, automations, or data-driven applications.
- Ability to work independently, communicate with non-technical teams, and turn business needs into working solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with business and construction operation teams to identify opportunities for technology and AI solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy applications, AI agents, automations, dashboards, and data integrations.
- Build solutions using Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Power BI, and other modern AI technologies.
- Develop AI-powered workflows using tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and AzureAI.
- Turn complex data into practical tools that improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
- Take ownership of projects from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business leaders to deliver diverse, secure, scalable solutions.
