Job summary
Summit Line Construction is seeking a Sr. Automation and Data Partner to lead automation and data initiatives across the company.
You will translate business needs into reliable workflows, connected systems, and trusted reporting, reporting to the Business Process Manager. You’ll provide senior technical guidance for Microsoft Power Platform, Databricks, and Power BI, overseeing data analysis, pipelines, and AI-enabled solutions while mentoring team members and driving adoption to deliver
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business, or related field.
- Five or more years of progressive experience in automation, data analytics, or related technical work.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Experience with Databricks pipelines, data modeling, and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automation and data solutions across departments.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for document processing and decision support.
- Oversee data pipelines, tables, schemas, and reporting models.
- Lead initiatives from discovery through rollout and provide mentorship.
