Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, AI solutions, or a related field.
• Strong programming and development skills, including SQL, REST APIs, and experience with Python, .NET, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Fabric, PowerPlatform, or comparable cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with business and construction operation teams to identify opportunities for technology and AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy applications, AI agents, automations, dashboards, and data integrations.
• Build solutions using Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Power Platform, and other modern AI technologies.
• Develop AI-powered workflows using tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI.
• Turn complex data into practical tools that improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
