Job summary
Harnham is seeking an experienced Contract Recruitment Manager to lead our New York City team and drive growth in the US Contracts business. This player-coach role combines team leadership with personal production, managing and developing a team of contract recruiters while continuing to build your own desk, client relationships, and contributing to revenue.
You will coach the team, run pipelines, and partner with senior leadership on hiring strategies, helping shape and scale the NYC Contracts
Qualifications
- Experience in contract recruitment/staffing is required.
- Proven track record of individual billing success.
- Experience in Technology, Data, Analytics, and/or AI is preferred.
- Strong business development and account management skills are essential.
- Leadership from the front and active market presence is expected.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Contract recruiters.
- Continue to run and grow your own recruitment desk.
- Drive team performance through 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and coaching.
- Develop new business and expand existing client relationships.
- Support the team across BD, candidate delivery, negotiation, and closing.
- Partner with senior leadership on hiring and growth strategy.
- Shape and scale the NYC Contracts team as the business grows.
