Job summary

Campbell Companies seeks a Director, AI & Data to lead the CoE for data, AI, automation, and software engineering. You will own the enterprise data platform, governance, and governance standards while partnering with IT to drive digital transformation and measurable business outcomes.

The role requires building a scalable operating model, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring secure, compliant, high-value data initiatives across Campbell Companies and Wheeler Machinery.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive technology leadership with data/AI focus
Experience building and operating data platforms at scale
Proven governance programs for data and AI systems

Responsibilities

Define and execute AI & Data strategy and multi-year roadmaps
Lead data engineering and platform operations with CI/CD practices
Implement enterprise data governance, security, and privacy controls
Oversee AI governance, risk management, and compliance programs
Manage budget and vendor relationships for data/AI initiatives
Recruit and develop a high-performing data/AI team
