Job summary

Lilly’s RTP site seeks a senior Data & AI Architect to design and govern the data architecture enabling analytics and AI adoption across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain domains. You will set patterns for data models, governance, and platform standards at a global pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

The role requires defining AI-enabled workflows, establishing governance, and ensuring compliance with GMP data integrity (ALCOA+) while collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or technology roles, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations context.

Responsibilities

• Maintain RTP site data architecture including canonical models for manufacturing, quality, and supply chain domains.
• Adopt global MQ data integration strategies and enable RTP-specific AI/ML and analytics use cases.
• Establish naming conventions, metadata standards, and master data governance frameworks for clean, AI-consumable data.
• Own data lifecycle policies covering retention, archival, lineage tracking, and GMP data integrity (ALCOA+).
• Align RTP data platform architecture with Lilly enterprise cloud standards (Azure/AWS).
