Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Senior Director of IT for its Lehigh Valley manufacturing site. You will lead the site IT strategy, ensure system readiness (ERP, MES, LIMS), and drive cross-functional collaboration to support advanced biologics manufacturing, data analytics, and AI initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of IT leadership in regulated settings and strong change management and communication skills, with on-site responsibilities in Pennsylvania and some travel to Indianapolis and other
