Job summary

Lilly is seeking a senior technical leader to own the design and architecture of agentic AI and data modernization for Global Supply Chain. You will craft standards for cloud data models, pipelines, and agent orchestration while mentoring engineers and guiding stakeholder roadmaps.

Responsibilities include working across SAP, SHARP, and modern data lakehouse architectures, deploying AI agents, and ensuring data integrity and compliance across systems. Indianapolis location, onsite full‑time.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Gen‑AI/agentic applications in production environments.
• Hands‑on analytics and data engineering within supply chain contexts.
• Strong knowledge of ERP data and integration using SAP S/4HANA and related systems.
• Proficiency with LLM APIs and toolchains for agent orchestration.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams or vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and architecture for agentic AI across Global Supply Chain.
• Set standards for cloud data modeling, pipelines, and agent orchestration.
• Mentor engineers; lead code and design reviews; drive roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT leadership on build/buy decisions.
