Hagerty is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Data and Analytics to lead ML models, gen AI, data pipelines, and BI efforts. You will partner with Business Owners, Engineering, and Operations to define product strategy, drive a high-impact roadmap, and ensure the technology evolves with customer needs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in tech/SaaS product management, strong data product experience, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in technical/SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with data products including ML, generative AI, data pipelines, reports and dashboards.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with data scientists and engineers.
• Experience translating business requirements into actionable product deliverables.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for data and analytics, including ML models, gen AI, data pipelines, reports and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into developer-ready features and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize enhancements based on ROI, user impact and delivery complexity.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA and business to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
