Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in an Application/Helpdesk Support role.
• Experience with supply chain, transportation, or logistics software is preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process system updates and changes per quality guidelines.
• Review data for accuracy and duplicates.
• Prepare and deliver periodic and ad hoc reports.
• Provide training and support to users on applications.
• Assist with onboarding and testing of enhancements.
