Job summary

Examinetics is looking for a detail-oriented Clinical Services Administrator to join our Overland Park, KS office. This full-time role manages client accounts, coordinates scheduling with occupational health clinics, and reviews lab results for accuracy.

The position emphasizes safeguarding PHI, client communication, and program development to support a nationwide client base. A minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role and proficiency in Excel and Outlook are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of work experience.
• Experience working directly with clients is required.
• Proficient in sorting/filtering data in Excel and using Outlook.
• Accurate data entry and time-management skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ethical handling of PHI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain their client companies' clinical services.
• Assist in program development and procedures.
• Process customer documents; resolve data deficiencies per procedures.
• Verify data accuracy; purge duplicates as needed.
• Assist with changes to existing orders from clients.
• Maintain recall lists for each client company.
• Interact with clients to ensure orders are correct and complete.
• Ensure confidential handling of PHI.
• Review lab results against established metrics and requirements.
