Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment compliance with DOT and FAA regulations for records check paperwork and drug testing.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and coordinate corrections.
• Data entry and update tracking for each candidate status; contact previous employers to complete records requests; research correct contact information.
• Match paperwork to original request, update status, and file candidate packet.
• Receive training to administer drug test collections and become a qualified tester.
• Potentially perform same gender observed drug collections.
