DoorDash is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate for DashPass to shape growth and retention in our subscription business. You will lead strategy development, run experiments, and translate insights into actionable plans across teams.

The role combines analytics with cross-functional collaboration, with a hybrid work model that allows flexibility between in-office and remote work. You will work with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Legal to implement ideas.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth or related areas.
• Analytics experience in SQL, building financial models, and performance tracking.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and hitting goals.
• BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and implementation of growth and quality initiatives for DashPass.
• Launch and scale new opportunities, run experiments to improve retention.
• Analyze market performance and translate insights into actionable tests.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Legal.
