Compensation includes a base salary of $170,000—$250,000 USD, along with benefits such as 401(k) matching and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant management experience, ideally within a marketplace or subscription-focused business.
• Track record of scaling products and initiatives from 0 to 1 and driving significant, company-wide impact.
• High bias to action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to manage up and across DoorDash.
• Experience building and developing high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for DashPass, a priority marketplace business.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to scale initiatives from concept to launch.
• Own new benefit incubation to increase user engagement and retention.
• Transform strategies into operational experiments that create measurable and actionable outcomes.
• Communicate strategy and results to all audiences, including senior leadership.
