Job summary

DoorDash is seeking two Associate Managers for the New Verticals Fulfillment Strategy & Operations team in San Francisco. The role blends strategic thinking, analytics, and operational execution to scale Dasher supply and build tools across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail.

You will report to a Senior Manager in a hybrid setting, leading projects with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to drive measurable business impact and improve the Dasher in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree ideal in finance, economics, CS, engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 4-6+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Analytical mindset with SQL proficiency and data storytelling.
• AI-native approach to automate repeatable tasks using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and execution to build reliable Dasher supply and tools for New Verticals offerings.
• Own initiatives to improve end-to-end Dasher in-store experience and supply strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations.
• Lead cross-functional projects to develop and implement tech solutions that increase selection across offerings.
