Job summary

FareHarbor’s Onboarding Team is seeking a Client Dashboard Specialist in the Sydney office. You’ll set up, troubleshoot, and maintain client FareHarbor dashboards, helping clients succeed with our platform.

You’ll work with Sales, Onboard Specialists, Support, and Account Management to tailor dashboards, implement changes, and stay ahead of product updates. This role emphasizes problem-solving, detail orientation, and client-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategize & communicate with Sales to interpret business needs and customize dashboards.
• Collaborate with Onboard Specialists to implement changes from client feedback.
• Coordinate with Support & Account teams to update dashboards.
• Multi-task several dashboards and prioritize tasks with changing timelines.
• Stay current with product updates by attending trainings and reviewing rollouts.
• Provide feedback on best practices and features to drive improvement.
