Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager for our DAS department in Salt Lake City. You will plan and oversee projects to ensure on-schedule, within-budget delivery while upholding safety and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include designing DAS scopes, coordinating resources, preparing budgets, and reporting progress to stakeholders. You will lead teams, manage CAPEX, and liaise with contractors and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DAS or cellular tower industry.
• Project financial management experience.
• Hold safety in high regard with quality craftsmanship.
• Experience with Bluebeam, MS Office 365, IBWave, MS Projects and strong communication skills.
• Understanding of financial and project management in Low Voltage industry.
• Understanding of Security, Audio Visual, and DAS networks.
• Sales, estimating, and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering large complex projects while leading large crews.
• Ability to pass a background check and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Plan and define project scope with emphasis on DAS.
• Demonstrate strong design-build capabilities for DAS projects.
• Coordinate activities and sequencing.
• Manage manpower and resource planning.
• Read and interpret construction drawings.
• Estimate costs and manage project budgets and financial performance.
• Prepare bid packages and oversee submittals; conduct risk analysis.
• Organize documentation and report project progress.
• Act as liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead team staffing, supply chain management, and CAPEX planning.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure quality product delivery.
• Conduct QA/QC fieldwork.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
