Qualifications

• 8+ years in DAS or cellular tower industry.
• Project financial management experience.
• Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
• Experience with design-build and coordinating with subs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Plan scope with emphasis on DAS and coordinate resources.
• Prepare budgets, monitor progress, and report status.
• Lead team staffing, CAPEX planning, and supplier management.
• Ensure QA/QC fieldwork and safety compliance.
• Act as liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
