Job summary

IES Communications is seeking a Project Lead - DAS to act as on-site coordinator and supervisor for several DAS crew leads on installation projects. You will ensure job completion meets safety and quality requirements while maintaining staff efficiency.

The role requires leadership, coordination with the Project Manager, and hands-on supervision. Responsibilities include running major project crews, training staff, maintaining documentation, and conducting weekly safety meetings.

Qualifications

  • Must have High School diploma or GED.
  • FCC GROL license required or must obtain within two weeks of hire.
  • Minimum 3 years in telecommunications or related technical field, with DAS experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead major project crews and ensure effective performance.
  • Provide training to crew members.
  • Adhere to safety and quality guidelines; conduct weekly safety meetings.
  • Communicate performance issues to Project Manager as needed.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure productivity and budget compliance.
  • Complete all project paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Perform on-site customer liaison, quality checks, and meetings as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve RF/DAS technical issues on site.
