Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. in Richmond, VA, seeks an experienced DASaaS Project Manager to lead onboarding and deployment for ~150 DAS sites and the new DAS-as-a-Service offering. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver executive reports using HubSpot and Zeva.

The role requires 7+ years of project management in telecom deployments, strong analytics, and stakeholder management. Remote work is possible with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in telecommunications or network deployment environments.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, site acquisition, and infrastructure deployment projects.
• Proficiency with CRM and project tracking platforms, including HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage onboarding lifecycle for 150 DAS sites within a multi-site deployment program.
• Serve as primary contact between carrier stakeholders, internal teams, site owners, and partners.
• Track site progress from opportunity creation through onboarding completion and contract execution.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and escalate issues to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate proposal generation, information gathering, and alignment with pricing standards.
• Manage contract workflows with legal, finance, sales, and stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs in HubSpot/Zeva and provide executive status updates.
