Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) is seeking an experienced DASaaS Program Manager in Charlotte, NC. This role leads onboarding and deployment for ~150 DAS sites and the new DASaaS offering, ensuring KPIs, timelines, and customer experience targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have strong PM, telecom, CRM, and data analytics skills, coordinating cross-functional teams and providing executive-level reporting. Travel and remote work options are described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in telecom/wireless.
• Proficiency with CRM and project tracking platforms (HubSpot).
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding lifecycle for 150 DAS sites across a multi-site deployment program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines and KPIs.
• Provide executive reporting using HubSpot, Zeva, and related systems.
• Enable DaaS sales and contracting processes for the new offering.
