Job summary

Mobile Communications America seeks a DAS Onboarding and DaaS Project Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding of approximately 150 DAS sites and the new DAS-as-a-Service offering.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management, telecommunications, customer relationship management, and data analytics skills. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain program timelines, ensure data accuracy, and provide executive reporting using HubSpot, Zeva, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in telecom or DAS deployments.
• Experience coordinating large multi-site deployment programs and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding lifecycle for 150 DAS sites across a multi-site deployment program within 12 months.
• Serve as primary point of contact between carrier stakeholders, internal teams, site owners, and partners.
• Track site progress from opportunity to onboarding completion and manage contract execution.
