Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) is hiring a DASaaS Program Manager to lead onboarding and deployment for ~150 DAS sites and the new DAS-as-a-Service offering. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver executive reports using HubSpot, Zeva, and related systems.

The role requires strong project management, telecom familiarity, customer relationship skills, and data analytics to drive KPI achievement and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Proficiency with CRM and project tracking platforms, including HubSpot.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and deployment management for ~150 DAS sites.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain program timelines.
• Provide executive-level reporting using HubSpot and Zeva.
• Drive sales outreach and track pipeline in HubSpot.
• Coordinate site assessments, proposals, and contract milestones.
• Ensure data accuracy and KPI tracking across projects.
