Job summary

Soccer Shots - SouthEast Mass is seeking a full-time Children's Soccer Coach to join our Dartmouth, MA team. This role combines a love of soccer with the joy of helping kids develop skills, confidence, and teamwork in a fun, active environment.

You will plan and deliver age-appropriate sessions, uphold our curriculum and safety standards, communicate with parents, and travel to program locations across SE Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and a natural ability to connect with young athletes.
• Prior experience in soccer coaching, youth sports instruction, or child development preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both kids and parents.
• Reliable transportation to travel to program sites across the SE Massachusetts region.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead youth soccer drills, games, and skill-building activities that promote physical development and teamwork
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and program updates
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and high-energy atmosphere during all sessions
• Set up and break down equipment at various program locations throughout the SE Massachusetts area
• Uphold Soccer Shots' curriculum, values, and coaching standards at all times
• Adapt coaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse age groups and skill levels
