Soccer Shots - SE Mass in Wareham, MA is seeking a full-time, energetic Children’s Soccer Coach to inspire young players and share a love of the game. You will plan and deliver age-appropriate coaching sessions, lead drills and games, and communicate progress with parents.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and the ability to connect with young athletes.
• Prior experience in soccer coaching, youth sports instruction, or child development preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with kids and parents.
• Reliable transportation to travel to program sites across SE Massachusetts.

• Lead youth soccer drills, games, and skill-building activities that promote physical development and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and program updates.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and high-energy atmosphere during all sessions.
• Set up and break down equipment at various program locations throughout the SE Massachusetts area.
• Uphold Soccer Shots' curriculum, values, and coaching standards at all times.
• Adapt coaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse age groups and skill levels.

Soccer Shots - SouthEast Mass is looking for an energetic and passionate Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to join their team in Wareham, MA! Plan and deliver age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for children in a safe and engaging environment

Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, and weekends

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Background check required
