Job summary

Soccer Shots Franchising in Wareham, MA is seeking a energetic Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to inspire young athletes, deliver age-appropriate sessions, and uphold our curriculum and values at multiple SE Massachusetts program sites.

You will lead drills, communicate with parents, ensure safety, and adapt coaching to varying ages while maintaining a high-energy, fun environment. Reliable transportation is required and evenings/weekends may be involved.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and connecting with young athletes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with kids and parents.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if needed.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for children.
• Lead youth drills, games, and skill-building activities.
• Communicate progress and program updates to parents/guardians.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere during sessions.
• Set up and break down equipment at program locations across SE Massachusetts.
• Uphold Soccer Shots curriculum, values, and coaching standards.
• Adapt coaching to different ages and skill levels.

Soccer Shots - SouthEast Mass is looking for an energetic and passionate Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to join their team in Wareham, MA! Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for children in a safe and engaging environment
• Lead youth soccer drills, games, and skill-building activities that promote physical development and teamwork
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and program updates
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and high-energy atmosphere during all sessions
• Set up and break down equipment at various program locations throughout the SE Massachusetts area
• Uphold Soccer Shots' curriculum, values, and coaching standards at all times
• Adapt coaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse age groups and skill levels

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children and a natural ability to connect with young athletes
• Prior experience in soccer coaching, youth sports instruction, or child development preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both kids and parents
• Reliable transportation to travel to program sites across the SE Massachusetts region
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check required
