Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking a full-time Children’s Soccer Coach to join the SouthEast Massachusetts team in Taunton, MA. This role blends coaching kids with a mission to foster confidence, teamwork and a love of soccer through engaging, age-appropriate sessions.

You will deliver sessions, communicate with parents, and uphold Soccer Shots’ curriculum and standards across multiple program sites, while maintaining a high-energy, positive atmosphere throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and ability to connect with young athletes.
• Prior experience in soccer coaching, youth sports instruction, or child development preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with kids and parents.
• Reliable transportation to travel to program sites across SE Massachusetts.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Background check required.

• Lead youth soccer drills, games, and skill-building activities that promote physical development and teamwork.

• Set up and break down equipment at various program locations throughout the SE Massachusetts area.
• Uphold Soccer Shots' curriculum, values, and coaching standards at all times.
• Adapt coaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse age groups and skill levels.
