Soccer Shots - SouthEast Mass is seeking an energetic Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to join their team in Plymouth, MA. This role blends a love of soccer with helping young players build confidence, coordination, and teamwork in a fun, active environment.

As part of Soccer Shots, you will plan sessions, coach drills and games, communicate with parents, and uphold our curriculum and values across SE Massachusetts sites. Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and ability to connect with young athletes.
• Prior coaching or child development experience preferred.
• Strong communication with kids and parents.
• Reliable transportation to multiple program sites.

About the Role

Soccer Shots - SouthEast Mass is looking for an energetic and passionate Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to join their team in Plymouth, MA! Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for children in a safe and engaging environment
• Lead youth soccer drills, games, and skill-building activities that promote physical development and teamwork
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and program updates
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and high-energy atmosphere during all sessions
• Set up and break down equipment at various program locations throughout the SE Massachusetts area
• Uphold Soccer Shots' curriculum, values, and coaching standards at all times
• Adapt coaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse age groups and skill levels

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and a natural ability to connect with young athletes
• Prior experience in soccer coaching, youth sports instruction, or child development preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both kids and parents
• Reliable transportation to travel to program sites across the SE Massachusetts region
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check required
