Soccer Shots - SouthEast Mass is hiring a Full Time Children’s Soccer Coach in Taunton, MA to inspire young players in a fun, safe environment. You will plan sessions, teach drills, and promote teamwork while upholding our curriculum and values.

The role demands energy, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule across SE Massachusetts, with opportunities for advancement within a mission-driven, youth-focused program.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and a natural ability to connect with young athletes.
• Prior experience in soccer coaching, youth sports instruction, or child development preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both kids and parents.
• Reliable transportation to travel to program sites across the SE Massachusetts region.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for children in a safe and engaging environment.
• Lead youth soccer drills, games, and skill-building activities that promote physical development and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and program updates.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and high-energy atmosphere during all sessions.
• Set up and break down equipment at various program locations throughout the SE Massachusetts area.
• Uphold Soccer Shots' curriculum, values, and coaching standards at all times.
• Adapt coaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse age groups and skill levels.
