Resilience, Inc. in West Chester, OH, seeks a Manager, Manufacturing – DAP to lead the line operation, staff, and process execution under PET. You will partner with MSAT, Engineering, and Quality to meet production, quality, cost, and safety commitments while adhering to cGMP and SOX controls.

You will drive continuous improvement, set KPI targets, manage a team of supervisors and technicians, and align resources across PETs to ensure end-to-end product flow and compliance with EHS standards.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of packaging or manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills to lead direct reports and manage resources.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on line initiatives and resource planning.

Responsabilidades

• Owns daily line performance, deploying staff and materials to meet targets for quality, safety, and cost.
• Determines staffing levels, shift coverage, and schedules across the operation.
• Sets line goals, represents the line in cross-functional activities and audits.
• Drives continuous-improvement with KPI targets and team-based problem solving.
