Job summary

Resilience, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing - DAP (Day Shift) in West Chester, OH. You will lead the PET staff, coordinate packaging operations, and ensure high-quality product output while maintaining strict cGMP compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include experience in a production environment with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to direct and participate in cross-functional teams and manage technical programs/projects.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and cGMP environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction to PET staff in the efficient use of equipment and materials to produce quality products. (PET Plan/Rhythm Wheel)
• Coordinates PET activity including staff coordination, scheduling and improvements.
• Ensures cGMP adherence and FDA/regulatory compliance during production; addresses deviations and investigations.
• Promotes safe work practices and maintains documentation per company standards.
• Trains PET staff on equipment, processes, and SOPs; supports training plans.
• Collaborates with OE and PET Engineers to optimize process performance.
