Resilience is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing - DAP to own the daily performance of the line operation, supervising technicians and engineers to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets under the PET operating strategy. The role partners with MSAT, Engineering, and Quality to ensure deliverables align with site commitments.

• Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and cGMP.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the daily performance of the line operation, deploying staff, equipment, and materials to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets.
• Confirms the process executed meets standards by conducting process confirmations.
• Determines staffing levels, schedules, and shift coverage.
• Sets operational goals and represents the line in cross-functional activities.
• Owns continuous-improvement agenda and directs KPI targets and problem solving.
• Directs priorities with MSAT and Engineering to resolve complex process problems.
• Coordinates life-cycle management of PET and facility assets and supports capital planning.
• Ensures end-to-end product flow and standardization of best practices across PETs and adjacent functions.
• Sets safety expectations and ensures EHS compliance.
