Resilience, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing – DAP to own the DAP Line Operation, including people, resources, schedule, and results, and align with PET strategy while partnering with MSAT, Engineering and Quality.

This role leads the DAP line operation and its technicians, engineers, and Supervisors, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will drive continuous improvement, manage staffing and equipment, and coordinate with adjacent functions to

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of packaging or manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage resources, timelines, and priorities.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Knowledge of FDA cGMP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily line operation staffing, scheduling, and performance.
• Conduct process confirmations to ensure standards.
• Set staffing levels and shift coverage across the operation.
• Lead cross-functional activities with MSAT and Engineering.
