Job summary

DAP is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Pacific Plant operations in alignment with corporate goals for cost, quality, service, regulatory compliance, safety and housekeeping. The role includes consulting with other plants and corporate to optimize performance and drive improvements across departments.

The candidate will analyze daily, weekly and monthly performance data, supervise department heads, and coordinate with R&D and Marketing to ensure manufacturing capabilities support product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of plant management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and improve operations.
• Experience with safety and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data and collaborate with department heads to optimize plant performance.
• Walk the plant daily, engage with associates, and solicit improvement ideas.
• Train department heads and supervisors in problem solving and communication.
• Prepare reports for corporate, state, and federal agencies.
• Ensure safety compliance and lead safety meetings.
• Coordinate with R&D and Marketing to align manufacturing with product launches.
• Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
