Qualifications
- Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in English to excel in an international IT business environment.
- Previous experience in IT support or customer care is considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support for enterprise IT software and hardware solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex user queries through various communication channels, ensuring seamless IT service delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive records of technical interactions within our advanced CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to accelerate and resolve high-priority technical incidents.
- Stay updated on the latest developments within the Information Technology sector to provide accurate and relevant solutions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering premium service in Danish to our diverse portfolio of IT clients.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops to refine your technical aptitude and customer experience skills.
