In this remote role from Greece, you will troubleshoot issues by phone, email, and chat, maintain high customer satisfaction, and stay updated on the latest electronics innovations.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish is essential.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Able to work remotely from Greece.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to customers regarding a wide range of consumer electronics products.
